1. Who can participate in your Enduro tours?
Our tours are suitable for both experienced Enduro enthusiasts and occasional riders who are less familiar with Enduro bikes. Some level of fitness and off-road riding experience is required and recommended to confidently handle the vehicle and endure all the riding days.
2. What type of motorcycles are provided for the tours?
For the Hard Enduro tours, current, well-maintained, and mechanically sound 2-stroke and 4-stroke Beta motorcycles are provided.
For the Adventure Enduro tours, Yamaha Ténéré 700 motorcycles are available.
Participants are also welcome to bring their own motorcycles. However, it’s mandatory that the vehicle is suitable for off-road riding and equipped with crash bars and appropriate off-road or knobby tires.
3. Are the tours guided?
Absolutely! Our experienced local guides will lead you through the best routes and ensure a safe and entertaining experience.
4. How challenging are the tours?
We offer tours with varying levels of difficulty, from beginners to advanced riders. You can choose the tour that matches your skill level and comfort.
5. What should I bring on the tour?
You should bring your own Enduro gear (helmet, riding gear, boots, etc.) as well as personal essentials you might need.
However, we do offer Enduro gear for rent if you prefer to travel light. From protectors, helmets, goggles, boots to jerseys, pants, and gloves, we have everything ready for you!
6. Do I need experience in Enduro riding?
Although experience in motorcycling, particularly off-road riding, is recommended, we offer support and varying difficulty levels to accommodate riders with different skill levels. We do urge you to assess whether you’re physically capable of safely completing a multi-day off-road tour.
7. Can I bring a friend or family member who doesn’t ride?
Absolutely! While the tours are designed for riders, non-riders can still enjoy the beauty of the region and participate in activities outside of riding. Please coordinate this for planning purposes.
8. What is the weather like in Bosnia & Herzegovina during the riding season?
Our riding season generally offers pleasant weather. However, it’s advisable to check the weather closer to the tour date. In summer, it’s usually warm and occasional summer storms and rainfalls can occur. For true Enduro enthusiasts, these changes in weather pose a new challenge that keeps the terrain dynamic!
9. What is included in the tour packages?
Our tour packages include guided rides, accommodation, some meals, and the opportunity to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
10. How can I book a tour?
Booking is easy! Visit our website and follow the instructions regarding availability, dates, and tour prices. You can also contact us directly for more information and reservations. A deposit is required before arrival, and the remaining balance is settled in cash upon arrival.
11. Is travel insurance necessary?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations.
12. How do I get to Enduro Spirit Bosnia?
We are just a two-hour drive from Sarajevo International Airport and offer individual transfers to and from the airport. Flying in via major airports in Europe is the most convenient option. At the airport, you’ll easily spot our shuttle driver with the Enduro Spirit Bosnia sign, ready to take you and your luggage to Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje.
For those driving, be prepared for a journey of around 15-17 hours of driving time, with multiple border crossings that may involve waiting times.

13. Can I customize a tour for a group?
Certainly! We offer customized tour options for groups. Contact us to discuss your preferences and requirements.
14. What is the typical duration of the tours?
The duration of the tours varies based on the tour package, either 5 or 8 riding days. Detailed information about each tour can be found on our website.
The arrival day is always Saturday for both tours. Subsequently, riding days are Sunday to Tuesday, and Wednesday is a rest or departure day (for the 5-day tour). The 8-day tour has additional riding days on Thursday and Friday.
15. Is there an age restriction for tour participation?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license.
16. What types of landscapes are explored during the tours?
Our tours lead through diverse landscapes, including mountains and ridges, forests and forest trails, canyons, and villages. You will experience the variety of Bosnia & Herzegovina up close.
17. How is the situation regarding the war, landmines etc.?
The scars of the past conflict still remain, and caution is advised. Follow the guides’ instructions and refrain from venturing off paths or trails on your own. Some minefields are marked with warning signs.
If you happen to lose your guide, get lost, or find yourself in a minefield, we kindly ask that you do not proceed on your own. Stay calm, avoid movement if possible, and wait for a guide’s instructions.
18. What happens in case of an accident or injuries?
In Enduro sports, accidents and injuries can unfortunately occur, but they are generally not severe. The motorcycles can easily withstand minor falls, and your protective gear greatly reduces the risk of injury.
If injuries do occur, we are prepared. Minor injuries will be attended to on-site, and you can continue riding after a short break.
In case of serious incidents, our pickup truck will come to you in the field, and we will transport you along with your bike back to the base or to the nearest medical facility. The nearest hospital is 20 km away, and a larger clinic is 70 km away.
We are proud that there have been no serious injuries or accidents so far, and we aim to maintain this safety record with you!
19. How are material damages on the rental bikes handled?
In the event of damage to the vehicle or equipment, it will be repaired on-site, allowing you to continue riding without any obstacles. Damaged or lost plastic parts are charged at a flat rate of €10.00 each. Metal damages as well as other damages will be calculated based on the current new price of the corresponding part.
For our Yamaha Adventure Enduro motorcycles, a maximum of €1000.00 is covered under the deductible, in case of significant damage.
20. What happens on the first day / arrival day?
Our groups typically change on a weekly basis, so Saturdays serve as both arrival and departure days. As participants usually arrive at different times, the first day involves individual room allocation, equipment distribution, and a brief introduction. The rest of the day is free for personal relaxation.
21. What can I do on the day without riding (Wednesday)?
We deliberately have one day off per week for rest, recovery, and preparation for the remaining riding days. Nevertheless, we offer the following activities for those who want more than just relaxation:
- Rafting on the Neretva River
- Quad tours in the Wild Horse Region
- Day trip to Mostar (hottest city in the vicinity)
- Swimming at Rama Lake
